The plastic bottle with trigger sprayer is a practical packaging intended mainly for filling and applying cleaning and care preparations in the home as well as in professional environments. Thanks to the ergonomic shape of the container and the functional mechanical sprayer, it enables even application of liquids in the form of a fine mist or a stream, which significantly simplifies work when cleaning, caring for surfaces or maintaining equipment. The packaging is designed to reliably withstand common water-based formulations and, when used correctly, to provide convenient, controlled dosing without unnecessary product waste.
This bottle with trigger sprayer is prepared on Handymade as a functional combination of packaging and dosing element, so it is immediately ready for filling and use with a suitable formula. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

For disinfection, we recommend using technical alcohol, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based, and after application it is advisable to let the packaging dry thoroughly.
The packaging is ideal for aqueous solutions intended for cleaning surfaces, glass, sanitary equipment, kitchen areas or floors, as well as for common household and professional cleaning concentrates adjusted according to the recommended dilution. With regard to the material of the bottle and the construction of the mechanism, it is advisable to avoid highly aggressive chemicals or thick gel formulations that could negatively affect the service life of the sprayer or the dosing process. For specific compositions, we always recommend performing a trial filling and observing the behaviour of the packaging over time.
After the original contents have been used up, first rinse the bottle thoroughly with clean water, optionally with a mild detergent compatible with the material used. We then recommend rinsing both the packaging and the internal system of the sprayer with a disinfecting alcohol such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to drain thoroughly and dry at room temperature. Only then is the packaging ready to be refilled with a new formulation.
If you decide not to continue using the bottle with sprayer, it is advisable first to empty it completely and rinse out the remains of the original preparation according to the recommendations of the cleaning product manufacturer. Then recycle the packaging according to the type of plastic specified in the parameter table for the product on the Handymade website, where you will also find the relevant recycling symbol. It is recommended to place the bottle and the sprayer in collection containers intended for plastics, and where the recycling rules for the given type of plastic allow it, it is advisable to separate the individual materials from each other. By following these principles, you will support efficient waste processing and a reduction of environmental burden.
