Transparent plastic bottle with flip top cap represents a practical and reliable packaging suitable for various liquid and gel formulations. Thanks to the transparent plastic, you always have an overview of the fill level, consistency and colour of the product, which makes stock control as well as visual presentation easier. The integrated flip top cap enables convenient and controlled dispensing without the need to unscrew, so the packaging is suitable for everyday use at home, in the salon and on the go.
This type of bottle is ideal for filling products that require clean and precise dosing in smaller amounts – from gentle cosmetics to concentrated blends. The sturdy yet lightweight plastic provides good protection of the contents during normal handling, while the sealing cap helps to minimise the risk of leakage or contamination.
This bottle is supplied with a functional flip top cap that ensures comfortable dosing and reliable closure. When selecting other caps or alternative dispensing, it is important to follow the neck and thread parameters specified for the product. The bottles are compatible with various types of caps and dispensing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters. Combinations of packaging and caps that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters. When designing the composition of the product, we recommend checking the compatibility of the raw materials with the plastic used and verifying the behaviour of the packaging under the planned storage and use conditions.
Yes, the packaging can be refilled repeatedly under normal use, always while observing basic hygiene principles. Before each new filling, the bottle and cap must be thoroughly washed, then disinfected with a suitable disinfectant (for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based) and allowed to dry completely. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and of affecting the stability of the new fill.
The bottle should be cleaned with lukewarm water, a mild cleaning agent and a soft brush or sponge to avoid mechanical damage to the surface. After washing, rinse it thoroughly with clean water, let it drain and dry completely. We then recommend disinfecting the inner space and the cap using an alcohol-based disinfectant, and refilling the bottle only after the alcohol has completely evaporated. Avoid aggressive chemicals during cleaning, as they could damage the packaging material.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend first emptying it as much as possible and rinsing out any product residues. Then proceed according to the recycling marking of the material given in the product parameters on the website – based on this you will place the bottle and cap into the appropriate sorted waste (for example a plastic container). The ideal solution is to separate the bottle body and the cap if they are made of different types of plastic, so that sorting is as efficient as possible. Always follow the local waste sorting rules in your municipality or city.
When filling the packaging, we recommend considering the type of formulation as well as the presence of volatile substances or high concentrations of solvents that may react with the plastic. It is advisable to first test a smaller amount of product in the bottle and observe whether there are any changes in the colour of the plastic, softening, deformation or leakage at the cap. Also take into account the recommended temperature range for storage – extreme temperatures can negatively affect the shape stability of the packaging as well as the properties of the filled formulation.
To quickly find suitable packaging, we recommend using the advanced filter, which you will find at the top of the page after clicking on a specific packaging category (for example bottles, jars or sprayers). In the advanced filter you can combine several parameters – the type and size of the neck, the overall size of the packaging, colour and material. This allows you to easily narrow down the selection to the packaging that best matches your product and the desired design.
