Vanilla CO₂-HA extract ORGANIC is a gentle hydroalcoholic extract from fermented fruits of Vanilla planifolia, obtained by a combination of supercritical carbon dioxide extraction and ethanol from organic farming. Thanks to this gentle process, it retains the authentic, rich and complex scent of pure natural vanilla with a typical sweet, warm and balsamic note. The extract contains approximately 2% natural vanillin and more than 250 aromatic components that together create a harmonious and elegant fragrance. It is standardised to a content of 52–55% organic ethanol and 44–51% water, which makes it an ideal form for use in perfumery, cosmetics and lip products. Type of extraction: Combined supercritical CO₂ and hydroalcoholic extractionDesignation: CO₂-HA extract – hydroalcoholic extract with 2% vanillin contentD/E ratio: 1.2–1.5 kg dried vanilla pods per 1 kg of extract

The designation CO₂-HA means that this is a hydroalcoholic CO₂ extract – the result of a combination of supercritical extraction with carbon dioxide and alcoholic extraction. This process makes it possible to preserve not only volatile components but also flavour and phenolic components, thereby achieving a more complex aroma.
