6 ml glass perfume atomizer is a practical and elegant packaging solution suitable for small quantities of liquid preparations, especially perfumes and perfumed blends. Thanks to the high-quality glass and precise spray mechanism, it is ideal for even application of a fine mist without unnecessary product waste. The glass bottle is stable, resistant to common cosmetic formulations and suitable for safe dosing of concentrated fragrances and aromatic compositions.
The atomizer is designed primarily for perfumes and cosmetic fragrance blends, including alcohol-based formulations commonly used in perfumery. However, we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – fill a small amount of product, check the atomizer functionality, sealing and fragrance stability over time. For very thick or oily blends, it is advisable to check whether the nozzle is not clogging and whether the spraying remains fine and even.
The packaging can be reused provided that proper hygiene practices are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle and atomizer components need to be cleaned as thoroughly as possible and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol, for example with products available on Handymade.sk: IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, it is important to let the packaging dry completely in order to minimise the risk of dilution or influencing the new formulation by residues of the cleaning agent or the original product.
When filling, we recommend working in a clean environment and using appropriate tools, such as small funnels or pipettes, to minimise spillage and contamination of the contents. First clean and disinfect the bottle, let it dry completely and only then fill it with the prepared perfume or cosmetic blend. After filling, check that the atomizer is tightly screwed on, perform several test actuations to check the spraying, and only then label the packaging with a label stating the product name and filling date.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it responsibly according to the material types listed in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle can in most cases be disposed of in a glass container after removing any product residues. The plastic parts of the atomizer and any other elements should be sorted according to local rules for separated waste (usually a plastic container). Before recycling, make sure that there are only minimal product residues in the packaging and that the individual components are separated by material so that the recycling process is as efficient as possible.
