Glass bottle – medicine-style bottle with white surface and glossy black dropper represents a professional packaging for liquid products, providing precise dosing and an aesthetic, hygienic pack. It is ideal for cosmetic preparations as well as concentrated blends, where purity, protection of the contents and comfortable use are important.
Thanks to the durable glass and the well-crafted dropper, this bottle is suitable for packaging various liquid formulations that require controlled drop-by-drop dosing. The opaque white design helps protect more sensitive contents from light, thereby supporting the stability and longer shelf life of formulations.
This bottle with dropper is designed as a complete package with dosing, with the dropper ensuring convenient and controlled application. When selecting other types of bottles within the Handymade range, they are compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators) according to the chosen parameters.
The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure the packaging will work reliably with your specific product.
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the bottle and the dropper can be used repeatedly if hygienic principles are followed. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol suitable for surface disinfection. For this purpose, you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely in order to minimize the risk of microbial contamination and dilution of the product by residual liquid.
We recommend first rinsing the bottle mechanically with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent that is compatible with your previous contents. Then it is advisable to carry out a rinse with clean water to remove all detergent residues. After thorough drying, the packaging needs to be disinfected – ideally using alcohol, for example isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol. Clean the dropper carefully so that the pipette and inner sealing parts are not damaged, and always make sure that no residues of the previous formulation remain in it.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle and dropper, we recommend recycling them according to the material composition given in the product parameters. The glass part of the packaging can generally be disposed of in the glass container after you remove any remaining contents. The dropper is usually made from a combination of several materials (for example plastic, rubber and possibly metal), so it is advisable to separate the individual parts where possible and assign them to the appropriate waste fractions in accordance with local recycling rules. Always follow the recycling symbols and the information in the product parameter table on the Handymade website so that sorting is as accurate as possible.
The dropper is ideal for packaging and dosing products that require precise use in a small amount – for example facial serums, oil blends, concentrated extracts, aromatherapeutic oils or active solutions. It works best with low to medium viscosity liquids, so contents such as oils or light solutions are dispensed smoothly and evenly. For more viscous formulations, we recommend carrying out a trial filling to verify whether the dropper provides comfortable dosing without clogging or excessive pressure during application.
To select suitable packaging, you can use the advanced filter, which you will find at the top of the page after clicking on a specific category (for example bottles, jars or pots). In the advanced filter you can easily choose a combination of parameters such as neck type and size, volume, colour or packaging material. In this way, you can quickly filter the packaging options that are suitable for your product in terms of design, compatibility with dispensers and technical packaging requirements.
