The glass vial with white cream dispenser represents a professional packaging solution suitable for thicker cosmetic formulations, creams and emulsions that require precise and hygienic dosing. The opaque design helps reduce light exposure to sensitive components, which contributes to better stability and protection of the contents during storage and use.
This type of packaging is ideal for liquid and semi-liquid products that need controlled dispensing via a dosing pump. Thanks to the combination of a durable glass bottle and a functional dispenser, you obtain comfortable, aesthetic and practical packaging suitable for small batches as well as professional use.
This product represents a combination of glass bottle and cream dispenser, therefore it is supplied as a functional unit ready for filling and direct use. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Before the first filling, we recommend mechanically cleaning the packaging (removing dust and impurities), then rinsing it according to your internal procedures, and finally disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol-based product. For disinfection you can use, for example, isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, available in the Handymade range. After applying the disinfectant, allow the surface and the interior of the bottle to dry thoroughly, and only then proceed to filling with the cream or emulsion.
The packaging can be reused if strict hygiene rules are observed and the dispenser is handled appropriately. Before each new filling, the bottle and the corresponding parts of the dispenser must be cleaned and disinfected in order to minimize the risk of product contamination. For disinfection, alcohol-based products such as IPA 99 % or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based are recommended, which you can find in the Handymade range.
After emptying the contents, we recommend mechanically cleaning the bottle, rinsing it as needed with a suitable cleaning solution, and then disinfecting it with alcohol. It is practical to use the products IPA 99 isopropyl alcohol and ethanol 96 denatured plant-based, which are available on Handymade in separate packs. After applying the alcohol, allow all parts of the packaging to dry completely and make sure that no residues of cleaning agents or moisture remain inside before the next filling.
To make it easier to choose a suitable packaging, you can use the advanced filter, which you will find at the top of the page after clicking on a specific packaging material category. The filter makes it possible to sort bottles, jars and other containers by neck type, size, colour and material, allowing you to quickly narrow down the range to packaging that corresponds to your formulation and the desired dosing method.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the recommendations stated in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle is generally placed in the separate glass collection after removal of any product residues, while the plastic parts of the dispenser usually need to be separated from the bottle and disposed of according to local rules for plastic sorting. Always check the exact recommended method of disposal and recycling in the parameter table for the given product on the Handymade website and also follow local guidelines for separate waste collection.
The dosing vial is most suitable for creams, emulsions and semi-liquid products that are sufficiently fluid to pass through the pump, while at the same time having a creamy consistency. In practice, this includes day and night creams, body emulsions, treatment creams for hands, special regenerative products or targeted treatment formulations for specific skin areas. For very thick balms and ointment bases, it is advisable to perform a dosing test to verify whether the pump can handle the product consistency.
