The glass dropper bottle with a white body and black-gold spray pump is an aesthetic and practical packaging solution intended mainly for filling cosmetic and carefully dosed liquid preparations. Thanks to the high-quality glass and precise spray mechanism, it is suitable for products where gentle application to the skin, hair or localised areas is important. The opaque design helps protect more sensitive components from undesirable light exposure and thus supports the stability of formulations during storage and use.
The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation). In this way you will verify that the raw materials used, the viscosity and the type of application will work with the given bottle and spray pump exactly according to your requirements.

The packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the spray pump and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol solution, for example with IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based products. Only after the packaging is completely dry is it appropriate to proceed with refilling, in order to maintain the quality and safety of the product.
Thanks to the fine spray pump, the bottle is ideal for preparations that require even distribution in a thin layer. It is suitable, for example, for facial and body mists, tonics, hair sprays, aromatherapeutic blends or disinfecting and cleansing solutions for the skin. For thicker emulsions or oils, it is always necessary to test flow and spraying on a small sample of the product.
Before final filling, we recommend preparing a small trial batch and filling several pieces of packaging. Then monitor the sealing of the spray pump, the smoothness of dosing, the behaviour of the formulation during longer standing and any sedimentation or clogging of the nozzle. It is advisable to store the bottles under conditions similar to real storage and to use them for several days to weeks. In this way you will detect in time whether the viscosity, composition or pH of the product is fully compatible with the spray system used.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material specified in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle can be handed over to glass collection after emptying and basic rinsing. The spray pump and plastic components should be separated and placed in the appropriate sorted waste according to local recycling rules. Before handing over for collection, it is important to remove product residues from the packaging to minimise the load on sorting lines and on the environment.
