Plastic medicine bottle with dispenser is a practical packaging for precise and hygienic dosing of liquid preparations. Thanks to the reliable mechanism and high-quality material, it is suitable for filling various cosmetic and auxiliary solutions that require a controlled amount during application. The combination of the bottle with a dispensing closure makes it easier to use in home formulations as well as in professional production of smaller batches.
The packaging is designed to support comfortable dosing without unnecessary waste and to minimize the contact of the contents with air and contamination from the environment. Thanks to this, it is ideal for liquid products that need stable and repeatable dosing in a small amount.
Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation). In this way you verify that the chosen solution, oil or other content does not affect the material of the dispenser and that the dosing remains stable during use.
All technical parameters of the packaging are stated in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly with appropriate handling, but we recommend observing basic hygiene principles. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after complete drying is the packaging ready for refilling.
After emptying, the dispenser should first be rinsed with warm (not boiling) water, possibly with a small amount of mild cleaning agent. We then recommend rinsing with an alcohol-based disinfectant solution and letting it dry thoroughly. Do not use aggressive chemicals or water that is too hot for cleaning, so as not to impair the functionality of the springs and sealing parts in the dispenser mechanism.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend emptying it, removing any remaining contents as much as possible and then sorting it according to the material identification stated in the product parameters. It is advisable to disassemble the bottle and the dispenser into their main parts and place them in the appropriate container according to the type of plastic used. Recycling symbols and information on the material can be found directly in the technical parameters of the packaging, according to which you will choose the correct type of sorted waste.
This type of packaging is particularly suitable for liquid and low-viscosity cosmetic preparations where precise dosing of a small amount is important. You will use it for serums, facial and hair solutions, treatment drops, special active concentrates or aromatic mixtures intended for external use. We always recommend testing the compatibility of the specific formulation with the packaging before filling the entire series.
