The plastic medicine bottle with a white body and black-gold spray pump is a practical packaging intended for gentle and even dosing of liquid cosmetic formulations and preparations based on water or alcohol. Thanks to the combination of a rigid plastic bottle and a functional spray pump, it provides comfortable application, good protection of the contents and a professional appearance of the final product, suitable for home as well as artisan brands.
The packaging design is engineered to ensure trouble-free spraying without dripping, which is ideal for products where precise dosing in small amounts is important. Thanks to its stable and compact form, the bottle is easy to store, transport and handle, and it is also suitable for travel sizes or test samples.
This product represents a ready-made combination of bottle and functional spray pump, designed for comfortable and precise dosing of liquids in the form of a spray. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure that the packaging works reliably with your particular product.

The spray pump is primarily designed for liquid products with low viscosity, that is, for aqueous solutions or alcohol-based products. Thick emulsions, oils or gels may reduce the quality of the spray pattern or completely prevent dosing. For specific formulations, we always recommend performing a test on a smaller sample to verify the smoothness of spraying and the functionality of the entire packaging.
The packaging can be reused, provided that hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the spray pump must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol solution, for example using the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. This will reduce the risk of microbial contamination and prevent the stability of the new formulation from being affected by residues of the original product.
If you decide not to use the packaging any longer, we recommend that you empty it and mechanically clean it as thoroughly as possible from product residues. Then proceed according to the recommendations for the given material type as specified in the product parameters on the packaging page. The bottle body and the spray pump should be placed in sorted waste according to the respective material designation (for example, the appropriate plastic container). Separate the individual parts where possible to facilitate sorting and further processing in the recycling process. Local waste sorting rules may differ slightly, so also follow the instructions of your recycling centre or municipality.
Before final filling, we recommend creating a smaller test batch, which you fill into one or more bottles and leave for a certain time under conditions similar to real use (normal temperature, handling, transport). Monitor in particular the tightness of the closure, the smoothness and quality of spraying, any colour changes, possible swelling or softening of the plastic, and the behaviour of the formulation in contact with the components of the spray pump. If you do not observe any changes during the test, you can use the packaging to fill a larger quantity of product with a higher degree of confidence.
