Plastic bottle with disc-top closure represents a practical and hygienic solution for packaging various liquid preparations, especially where controlled dispensing without unnecessary contact of the contents with the surroundings is important. Thanks to its compact shape and functional closure, it is suitable for home as well as professional use in cosmetic or craft workshops. You will appreciate it when filling liquid products that require simple, clean and precise application to the skin or into the palm.
The disc-top mechanism allows convenient one-hand opening and closing, while the packaging provides reliable protection of the contents during storage and transport. The smooth surface of the bottle is easy to label with a sticker or marker, so you can easily distinguish individual products in your range or home production.
This bottle is supplied as a combination of container and closure, so it is ready for immediate use without the need to search for additional compatible components. Combinations of containers and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

The bottle can be reused with proper handling; however, we recommend reusing it only for the same or a similar type of product. Before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly wash, clean and disinfect the container with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. By following hygiene principles, you reduce the risk of microbial contamination and extend the safe period of use of your product.
The disc-top closure works on the principle of gently pressing the top part of the closure. After opening, simply turn the bottle with the opening facing downwards and, with light pressure on the bottle body, squeeze out the required amount of product. We recommend starting with a smaller amount and adjusting the dose as needed in order to achieve a consistently equal amount with each use. After dosing, always close the closure carefully to minimize contact of the contents with air.
Before reuse we recommend first mechanically cleaning the bottle and closure from residues of the original product, then washing them with warm water and a suitable detergent and rinsing thoroughly. After drying, it is necessary to disinfect the packaging with an alcohol solution – products such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based have proved particularly effective. Allow the disinfectant solution to act briefly on the surface, then shake out the excess and let the packaging dry at room temperature.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend first emptying it of any product residues and, if possible, rinsing it. The recycling method needs to be adapted to the type of plastic stated in the product parameters – follow the recycling symbol and the waste-sorting recommendations in your location. In general, a clean plastic container belongs in the container designated for plastic. By separating the bottle and the closure you contribute to more efficient processing in the recycling process.
