Plastic bottle – pill bottle with a practical flip-top closure represents a professional packaging component for liquid preparations, allowing for precise, controlled dispensing without the need to completely unscrew the cap. The flip-top closure is popular for products where fast and convenient use is important, while minimizing the risk of accidental leakage of the contents and increasing hygiene during everyday handling.
This plastic pill bottle is suitable for packaging various liquid and low-viscosity preparations, where repeated opening and closing of the container is required. Thanks to the durable plastic material, good packaging stability is ensured during normal use, transport and storage, and the flip-top closure enables quick application without the fingers coming into contact with the entire surface of the neck.
This bottle – pill bottle is supplied in combination with a plastic flip-top closure, which ensures convenient and fast dispensing of the liquid contents. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – in particular for sealing, dosing smoothness and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (pH, alcohol content, oil components, etc.).

The packaging can be reused provided that basic hygiene principles are observed and the contents are handled appropriately. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle including the closure, and then disinfecting it with an appropriate agent, for example isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96 %. Only after it has completely dried is the packaging ready for further safe use.
First, we recommend rinsing the bottle with a suitable cleaning solution or with warm water and a mild detergent to remove residues of the original product. After rinsing with clean water, it is advisable to disinfect the interior and the closure with an alcohol-based preparation – for example with the products IPA 99 % or Ethanol 96 %. Then allow the packaging to dry naturally at room temperature so that no moisture remains inside, which could affect the stability of the new fill.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it according to the type of plastic stated in the product parameters. Before disposal, it is advisable to empty the bottle and remove any product residues so that no easily leaking product remains in the container. Then sort the packaging and the closure into the appropriate container according to the local recycling rules for the given material. By sorting correctly, you extend the service life of raw materials and reduce the amount of waste.
The flip-top closure is ideal for liquid and low-viscosity formulations where fast yet controlled dispensing is important. In practice it is used, for example, for facial toners, sprays applied onto a cotton pad, hair tonics or special treatment solutions. It enables comfortable one-handed opening and reduces the risk of accidental spillage during handling, which is appreciated by home formulators as well as professionals in beauty salons.
