White plastic bottle with aluminium cap 250 ml is a universal packaging component suitable for both professional and hobby use in the production of cosmetics and other liquid preparations. Thanks to the stable plastic body and the precise screw closure made of aluminium, it provides reliable and aesthetic packaging for various types of formulations that require comfortable dispensing and safe closure.
The packaging is designed to allow practical filling, storage and use of liquid and slightly viscous products. The rigid walls of the bottle and the high‑quality threaded neck contribute to good tightness, helping to protect the contents against unwanted contamination and quality reduction during storage and use.
This bottle is a standalone packaging component which, provided that the same neck type is used, is compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems, such as screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators according to the parameters selected in the e‑shop. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (tightness, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if handled correctly and without mechanical damage. For each new filling, however, it is essential to observe basic hygiene principles – the bottle and the aluminium cap must first be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol‑based preparation (for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant‑based). Only after completely drying is the packaging ready for a new filling.
Before repeated use, we recommend first rinsing the packaging with the residual medium or a suitable cleansing solution, then washing it with lukewarm water and a mild detergent and rinsing thoroughly. After drying, it is advisable to disinfect the inner surface and the closure with an alcohol solution such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant‑based. Allow the disinfectant to evaporate and only then refill the container with the prepared product.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, it is recommended to recycle it according to the material type indicated in the product parameters. After emptying, remove as much of the product residues as possible, rinse the packaging if possible and separate the individual parts (plastic bottle, aluminium cap) into the respective collection containers according to local waste collection rules. By recycling you help to reduce the amount of municipal waste and support the reuse of materials.
This packaging is particularly suitable for liquid and slightly viscous preparations that are dispensed in small amounts – for example toners, facial waters, hair lotions, light body and massage oils, aromatherapeutic solutions or various auxiliary working solutions used in cosmetic production. For very thick creams or gels, handling through the narrow neck may be less comfortable, so it is advisable to consider other types of jars and pots.
