Before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the bottle and the spray dispenser and then disinfect them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. We recommend leaving the disinfectant to act briefly and then letting the packaging dry naturally in order to reduce the risk of microbial contamination.

For which type of formulations is this spray dispenser most suitable?

The spray dispenser is most suitable for low-viscosity, predominantly watery preparations without larger solid particles that could clog the nozzle. These include, for example, face and body sprays, hydrating mists, floral waters, light hair preparations or mild cleaning solutions. For thicker emulsions and gels, we always recommend testing in advance the compatibility of the dosing and the smoothness of spraying on a small sample.

How should the bottle and spray dispenser be properly cleaned before further use?

We recommend first rinsing the bottle with lukewarm water and a mild cleaning agent, rinsing thoroughly with clean water and allowing it to dry. Then it is necessary to disinfect the packaging and the spray dispenser with an alcohol solution – a practical approach is to partially fill the bottle with alcohol, pump the spray dispenser several times so that the internal mechanism is flushed, and pour out the remaining alcohol. Suitable products are IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. After disinfection, let the packaging dry freely at room temperature.
