The plastic bottle with disc top closure represents a practical solution for packaging modern liquid cosmetic products such as shampoos, shower gels or body lotions. The ergonomic shape and reliable closing ensure convenient dispensing even during everyday use. Thanks to the high-quality plastic material, this bottle is suitable for a wide spectrum of formulations with different viscosities and provides safe transport as well as storage of the contents.
The disc top closure enables simple, controlled and hygienic dispensing without the need to open the bottle completely, which minimizes the risk of product contamination. The bottle is an ideal solution for artisan cosmetics manufacturers, smaller brands and home production, where professional presentation, functionality and reliable protection of the contents against external influences are important.
This product represents a comprehensive combination of bottle and closure with functional disc top dispensing, which ensures comfortable application of liquid preparations without the need for additional components. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure of optimal performance for your particular product.

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if basic hygiene rules are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the closure must be thoroughly cleaned and subsequently disinfected with a suitable product, for example isopropyl alcohol (IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol) or ethanol (Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based). Only after complete drying can the packaging be refilled again, in order to minimize the risk of microbial contamination of the formulation.
After emptying the contents, we recommend first rinsing the packaging with warm water and a suitable detergent and mechanically removing any product residues. Then rinse the bottle and the disc top closure with clean water and let them drain. After washing, the packaging must be disinfected – ideally using alcohol, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, which are applied by spraying or rinsing. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely at room temperature and only then refill the bottle.

Using the filter, you can conveniently narrow down the offer according to several parameters – specifically by neck type, required size, packaging colour and material used. In this way, you can easily find bottles, pill bottles, jars or other containers that will best match your formulation and brand design.

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it as a priority according to the material type specified in the parameter table for the product on the Handymade.sk website. Before handing it over for separate collection, empty the contents and roughly rinse the packaging to remove product residues. Place the container and the closure in the appropriate collection bin according to the material marking on the packaging or in the product parameters. In this way, you will support efficient recycling of packaging materials and reduce the volume of municipal waste.
