FAQ – Frequently asked questions

Can this glass bottle be reused?

Yes, the packaging can be reused if handled correctly. However, for each refilling it is necessary to follow basic hygiene principles – the bottle and the sprayer must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before use. It is suitable to rinse or flush them with warm water and then disinfect using alcohol, for example Isopropyl alcohol 99% or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Only after completely drying is the packaging ready for refilling.

How should I properly clean the sprayer so that the dosing remains functional?

The sprayer should be cleaned separately from the glass bottle. After emptying the packaging, we recommend pumping the mechanism several times with clean water, or possibly with diluted alcohol, which removes residues of the previous formulation. Then let all parts dry thoroughly at room temperature. Do not use high temperatures or aggressive cleaning agents that could damage the seals or delicate parts of the dosing system.

How should I properly recycle the packaging if I no longer want to use it?

If you decide not to use the packaging any further, its recycling according to the material type listed in the product parameters is recommended. The glass part of the bottle can generally be disposed of in glass containers after removing any product residues. The plastic sprayer and any other plastic components should be separated into the appropriate fraction according to the locally applicable waste sorting rules. Before recycling, we recommend emptying and rinsing the bottle and accessories as much as possible to minimise the residual product content.
