The bottle with spray dispenser is intended mainly for low‑viscosity liquid preparations such as toners, facial waters, light hair solutions and aromatic sprays. With thicker emulsions or oils, spraying may be limited, so we recommend always making a small test batch and verifying whether the spray dispenser ensures even dosing according to your needs.

The packaging can be reused if hygienic principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the spray dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned, rinsed and disinfected with a suitable alcohol solution, for example using the products IPA 99 – isopropyl alcohol or 96 % ethanol of plant origin, which you can find in the Handymade range (IPA 99, ethanol 96). Disinfection helps to minimise the risk of microbial contamination and undesirable reactions between residues of the previous product and the new formulation.

After emptying the packaging, first rinse the bottle with warm water and a mild cleaning agent, rinse it thoroughly with clean water and allow it to dry. Rinse the spray dispenser several times with lukewarm water so that the water passes through the entire mechanism. We then recommend disinfecting the internal surfaces of the bottle and the spray mechanism with a suitable alcohol‑based agent, for example with the products IPA 99 or ethanol 96 from the Handymade range, and allowing them to dry well at room temperature before reuse.

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it responsibly according to the type of material indicated in the product parameters. After rinsing, the glass bottle is usually placed in the container designated for glass, while the plastic spray dispenser belongs in the container for plastics or in the collection of small plastic waste according to local regulations. Before recycling, remove product residues so as not to hinder the efficient processing of materials in the recycling process.
