For very thick or, conversely, exceptionally liquid formulations, we recommend first testing the dosing on a smaller amount in order to verify the smoothness and accuracy of application.

Can I reuse this bottle for new batches of my products?

The packaging can be reused if strict hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, both the glass part and the dispensing mechanism must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. For disinfection we recommend using, for example, IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely and only then refill, in order to minimize the risk of microbial contamination of the product.

How should I correctly fill the glass medicine bottle to avoid the formation of bubbles and contamination of the dispenser?

It is advisable to fill creams and emulsions slowly, ideally using a filling syringe, a small funnel attachment or a filling device that allows a smooth flow of product.
