The glass dropper bottle with a glossy white dispenser is a professional packaging solution suitable for carefully formulated cosmetic products as well as concentrated blends where precise and hygienic application is important. Durable glass combined with a practical dispensing mechanism helps protect the contents from external influences and reduces the risk of contamination during everyday use.
The bottle is ideal for filling liquid products that require controlled dosing in small amounts. Thanks to its high-quality workmanship, the packaging is suitable for artisanal as well as small-scale professional production, where emphasis is placed on aesthetics, functionality and a consistent user experience.
This bottle is supplied in combination with a functional dispensing mechanism designed to allow comfortable and controlled application of the product. The packaging and cap combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging after the contents have been used up, it is advisable to place it in sorted waste collection according to the material type specified in the parameter table for the product. For recycling, we recommend separating the glass part from the cap and the dispensing mechanism so that the individual components can be correctly placed in the appropriate collection containers.
Yes, the bottle is suitable for a wide range of cosmetic products, especially liquid and slightly viscous formulations that require precise dosing. However, we recommend always testing the specific recipe in a smaller trial batch to verify the behaviour of the product during storage, dosing and contact with the packaging.
The packaging can be reused if strict hygiene rules are followed. Before each refilling, the bottle and the dispensing mechanism must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable agent, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose, you can use the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based. After cleaning and disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely and only then refill the packaging.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material types specified in the product parameters. The glass body of the bottle is generally suitable for placement in a glass container after removing product residues. The dispensing mechanism and any plastic or metal components should be separated and sorted according to local waste separation rules. Before placing the packaging in sorted waste collection, it is advisable to rinse it so that no product residues remain inside.
The most reliable procedure is to fill a smaller test amount of your formulation into one bottle and observe its behaviour during normal use – the smoothness of drawing up the dose, the return of the elastic parts of the dispenser, the cleanliness of the neck after application and the sealing during transport. In this way you verify whether the dispensing system is suitable for the specific viscosity and composition of the product throughout the planned shelf life.
When selecting suitable packaging, we recommend using the advanced filter located at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. It allows you to filter products according to several parameters, such as neck type, size, colour and packaging material. By combining these filters, you can quickly narrow down the selection to packaging that best matches the requirements of your formula and the intended method of use.
