The glass bottle with white-silver sprayer represents a professional solution for packaging cosmetic and other liquid formulations where a fine and even application via spray dispersion is required. Thanks to the high-quality glass and the functional sprayer mechanism, the packaging is suitable for products that require precise dosing on the face, body or into the air, while helping maintain the stability and cleanliness of the contents throughout use.
This packaging is supplied as a complete combination of glass bottle and white-silver sprayer, which means it is ready for immediate filling and use without the need to search separately for a compatible closure. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure the packaging works reliably with your particular product.

The glass bottle is generally very suitable for formulations containing essential oils, since glass is a stable and chemically resistant material. However, for concentrated compositions we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – checking the behaviour of the product in the packaging, the function of the sprayer, sealing and long-term stability. In the case of higher concentrations of essential oils, monitor in particular changes in viscosity, colour and odour of the product, as well as any effect on the plastic parts of the sprayer mechanism.
Yes, the packaging can be reused if handled properly and if hygiene principles are followed. Before each refilling, it is essential to thoroughly clean the bottle and sprayer and to disinfect them in order to minimise the risk of microbial contamination of the product. For disinfection we recommend using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, for example the products IPA 99 – isopropyl alkohol (/ipa-99-isopropyl-alkohol-1-l/ target="_blank") or plant-based ethanol 96 % (/etanol-96-denaturovany-rastlinny-1-l/ target="_blank"), while it is advisable to comply with the recommended contact time of the disinfectant with the surface. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely and only then refill the packaging.
The sprayer is most suitable for low-viscosity, liquid formulations such as hydrolats, toners, aqueous solutions or light water-alcohol sprays. With thicker emulsions and gels, the quality of the spray may be reduced or the system may become clogged. Before the final stocking of the product, we recommend preparing a trial batch and verifying whether the mechanism doses evenly, without skipping and without leakage of the contents around the thread or nozzle.
You can rinse the glass body of the bottle with warm water and a mild detergent, rinse thoroughly with clean water and then disinfect with a suitable alcohol solution. Clean the sprayer mechanism gently – it is recommended to pump a small amount of clean water or a suitable cleaning solution and then disinfecting alcohol through the nozzle so that the internal channels are flushed. Avoid aggressive chemicals and mechanical damage to the nozzle. After cleaning, allow all parts to dry thoroughly in a clean, dust-free place.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend sorting it into separate waste according to the material specified in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle can usually be placed in a glass container after removing any product residues and separating the plastic components. The plastic sprayer and any other plastic parts should be disposed of in accordance with local plastic-sorting rules or in mixed waste if the material is not collected in that category. Before recycling, always use up the contents completely or remove any product residues so that they do not affect the recovery of the material.
