FAQ – Most frequently asked questions

Is this glass dropper bottle suitable for thicker oil serums, or only for thin liquids?

The dropper is designed primarily for liquid to medium-viscosity products, such as facial and body oils, lighter oil serums or aromatherapeutic blends. With very thick textures, dosing may be slower – in such a case we recommend carrying out a trial filling and checking whether the drop frequency and handling comfort meet your requirements.

Can I use this bottle and dropper repeatedly for different products?

The packaging can be reused as long as correct hygienic principles are observed and the material is not mechanically damaged. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dropper must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcoholic preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. At the same time, we recommend not using the packaging long-term for very different types of formulations (e.g. strongly perfumed blends vs. gentle products for sensitive skin), in order to minimise the risk of residual odours.

How should I proceed when cleaning the glass bottle and dropper before the next filling?

First mechanically remove any residues of the original product, then rinse the bottle thoroughly with a suitable cleaning agent and warm water. After rinsing, let the packaging dry completely, ideally upside down on a clean surface. Before reuse, disinfection with alcohol is necessary – we recommend rinsing or spraying with preparations such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. Clean the dropper gently so as not to damage the rubber or plastic parts, and let it dry completely after disinfection.
