Yes, this type of glass bottle with dispenser is particularly suitable for oil serums, concentrated blends and other products for which precise and hygienic dosing of small amounts is important. Before final use, we recommend testing the compatibility of the specific formulation with the packaging, especially in the case of a high content of active or aromatic components.
The packaging can be reused if hygienic principles are observed. Before each refilling, both the bottle and the dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. For disinfection, we recommend using a suitable alcohol-based preparation, such as isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, which you can find in our range as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol and Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After thorough drying, the packaging can be refilled.
Before first use, we recommend rinsing the bottle with a suitable cleaning solution, then with clean water, and then disinfecting it with alcohol (for example, preparations available at Handymade). After disinfection, let the packaging dry completely at room temperature with the opening facing down on a clean surface. Clean the dispensing part carefully so as not to cause mechanical damage or clogging of the dispensing mechanism.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material types specified in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle can usually be placed in a container designated for glass, while the plastic or combined dispenser is generally disposed of in plastic waste collection. Before recycling, remove any product residues and, if possible, separate the individual parts of the packaging (glass, plastic, possibly metal) according to local recycling rules.
