The glass bottle with white dispenser represents a professional packaging solution for liquid cosmetic preparations, serums and other formulations where precise and hygienic application is important. Thanks to the durable glass and integrated dispensing system, it is suitable for filling products that require controlled dosing and protection against contamination during use.
This type of bottle is ideal for liquid and low-viscosity preparations – the glass is chemically stable, does not react with the contents and helps preserve its original properties throughout the entire period of use. The white surface finish looks clean and aesthetic and allows for easy marking or labelling of the packaging.
This bottle is supplied in combination with a white dispenser, which is adapted to the specific type of neck and volume. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – verify sealing, the dosing method and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, pH, alcohol content or content of active ingredients).
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the attached packaging quality certificate and in the product parameters.
The bottle with dispenser is primarily intended for liquid and low-viscosity formulations, where smooth and even dosing is ensured. Thicker emulsions or gels may affect the smoothness of dosing, therefore we recommend always performing a test with the specific product before final filling and verifying whether the dispenser suits the desired method of application.
The packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and dispenser, rinsing them and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely so that residual moisture does not accumulate in the container and the stability of the new formulation is not impaired.
After filling the bottle, we recommend tightening the dispenser firmly and testing its function several times in both vertical and horizontal positions. Check that there is no leakage around the thread or around the tube. For formulations with a higher content of alcohol, essential oils or active ingredients, it is advisable to carry out a short-term stress test (e.g. 24–48 hours) under normal storage conditions to confirm long-term sealing and reliable dosing.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, it is advisable to recycle it responsibly according to the material composition specified in the product parameters. Usually, separate the glass part of the bottle from the plastic components of the dispenser. Glass is normally sorted into the container designated for glass, and the plastic parts of the dispenser into separate plastic collection (if local waste-sorting rules allow this). Before disposal, use up the contents thoroughly or remove product residues to make subsequent material recycling easier.
When selecting suitable packaging, we recommend using the advanced filter, which you can find at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging material category. Using the filter, you can easily sort products by neck type, size, colour and material, thereby narrowing the offer to packaging that matches the technical and design requirements of your product. Filtering will make it easier for you to navigate the wide range of bottles, dropper bottles, jars, closures and dispensers.
