A glass bottle with a white child‑resistant closure is intended for professional and artisanal packaging of cosmetic formulations and other liquid products where reliable protection of the contents and controlled dosing are important. Thanks to the durable glass and well‑designed closure with safety lock, it provides a stable base for formulations prone to contamination or deterioration during normal use.
This packaging is particularly suitable for packaging serums, oil‑based and aqueous solutions, tinctures and other liquids where good chemical resistance of the material, tight sealing and secure closure are essential. The white surface finish of the bottle gives the product a clean, minimalist look and allows for easy addition of custom labels or brand marking.
Glass bottles of this type are compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, atomizers or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Before filling, it is advisable to clean the bottle mechanically, rinse it and then disinfect it with a suitable alcohol‑based preparation. For disinfection, we recommend using either isopropyl alcohol or ethanol in cosmetic grade, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. After disinfection, allow the packaging to dry thoroughly at room temperature in order to minimise the risk of contamination of the final product.
The bottle can be reused if basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to wash the packaging thoroughly, check the integrity of the neck and closure and then disinfect it with a suitable alcohol‑based preparation (for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný). Repeated use is not suitable if the bottle is visibly damaged, cracked or the sealing of the closure is compromised.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle, we recommend first removing any remaining contents and, if necessary, rinsing it. The glass body of the bottle belongs in the container designated for glass according to local recycling regulations. The plastic closure with safety lock should be separated from the bottle and sorted separately according to the material designation in the product parameter table on the Handymade.sk website. By following these principles, you will support efficient recycling of materials and reduction of the amount of waste.
The bottle is ideal for concentrated liquid products with a smaller dispensed volume, such as facial and eye serums, oil elixirs, special care drops, hair tonics, strengthening cures for nails or local preparations for problematic skin. Thanks to the reliable closure with safety lock, it is also suitable for products where it is important to prevent accidental opening or unwanted leakage of the contents during transport.
