The glass vial with white safety cap is a professional packaging solution suitable for precise dosing and safe storage of liquid and drop-based preparations. The opaque white glass helps protect the sensitive contents from light, thus contributing to the stability and longer shelf life of formulations. In combination with a practical cap with safety lock, it is a reliable bottle for home and professional use in cosmetics, laboratory practice or dietary supplements.
Before first filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the packaging, rinsing it with drinking water and allowing it to dry completely. Afterwards, it is advisable to disinfect the inner surface and the cap with a suitable alcohol, for example with IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or with 96 % plant-based ethanol, in order to minimise the risk of microbial contamination and extend the stability of your product.
The vial can be reused if hygiene principles are followed. With each new filling it is important to empty the packaging, clean it mechanically, rinse it thoroughly and allow it to dry. Before further use we recommend disinfecting the bottle and the cap with an alcohol-based preparation, for example with IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or with denatured ethanol 96 %. For products intended for internal use or for very sensitive formulations, consider using a completely new packaging from the point of view of safety and quality.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend, after emptying and basic rinsing, placing it in the separate collection according to the material specified in the product parameters. The glass part of the vial is usually placed in the container intended for glass, while the plastic or combined cap goes into the container for plastics or composite packaging in accordance with local regulations. Before sorting, it is advisable to separate the closure from the bottle so that the individual materials can be efficiently processed in the recycling process.
This container is ideal for concentrated drop formulations – facial and treatment serums, intensive cures, active solutions, aromatherapeutic blends, oils as well as liquid food supplements or tinctures, depending on the nature of their composition. The opaque white glass helps protect the contents from light, which is particularly advantageous for sensitive active substances, essential oils and extracts.

Focus on the tightness of the closure, the smoothness of dosing, any changes in the scent, colour or consistency of the product, and on whether any discolouration or damage to the packaging occurs. For formulations with a higher content of alcohol, acids or essential oils, the compatibility test is particularly important so that you can be confident of the long-term stability and functionality of the packaging.
