White plastic airless bottle is a modern cosmetic packaging designed for both professional and home formulations where protection of the contents from external influences is important. The airless system helps minimize the product’s contact with air and hands, which supports stability and hygiene when dispensing creams, serums and other preparations. Thanks to the practical pump mechanism, the bottle is ideal for filling both liquid and more viscous products that require controlled, precise and clean dispensing.
The airless bottle is supplied as a functional unit with an integrated dispensing system that ensures smooth extrusion of the product without the need for air to enter the inside of the container. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) to verify optimal functionality for your particular product.

The airless bottle is designed to handle the dispensing of standard cream and emulsion preparations typical for facial cosmetics. It is particularly suitable for medium-viscosity creams, serums and light emulsions. For very thick formulations or preparations with a high content of undissolved particles, we always recommend carrying out a dosing test on a small trial batch to verify the smooth operation of the pump and the even extrusion of the contents.
The airless bottle can be reused for additional batches of products if hygienic principles are observed. However, before each new filling, it is necessary to clean and disinfect the packaging thoroughly to minimize the risk of microbial contamination. For disinfection, we recommend using a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % plant-derived denatured, and allowing all parts to dry well before filling.
When filling the airless bottle, we recommend working slowly and evenly so that excess air does not enter the product. Fill the bottle with a clean, suitably cooled and homogeneous mixture, trying to leave as little free space as possible under the closure. After closing, press the pump several times so that the system “starts” and the piston moves towards the product. In the case of very thick formulas, check that the pump dispenses the required amount without any problems.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it after the product has been used up, in accordance with the recommended sorting given in the parameter table for the product. Before disposal, remove any remaining contents and, if possible, separate the individual parts (container body, pump, cap), provided local waste sorting rules allow it. Then place the packaging in the appropriate container according to the material type so that it can be recovered as effectively as possible in the recycling process.
