White plastic bottle 24/410 without closure 300 ml is a practical and versatile packaging suitable for a wide range of liquid and mildly viscous products. Thanks to the plastic material used, the bottle is lightweight, resistant to normal handling and suitable for both professional and home filling of cosmetics, hygiene products and other functional solutions. The opaque white design helps protect the contents from external light while providing a clean, aesthetic appearance suitable for custom labels and branding. This packaging is designed to be a reliable choice for stable storage and dispensing of products while maintaining their quality.
This stand-alone packaging is designed to be compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems – depending on the selected parameters, it can be combined with screw caps, dropper and flip-top caps, sprayers and practical pumps and applicators. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure that the selected combination matches your product exactly.
All technical parameters of the packaging are specified in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
To choose a suitable bottle, jar or other packaging, we recommend using the advanced filter, which you will find at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. In the advanced filter, you can easily combine several criteria – for example, neck type, size, colour or packaging material – and thus quickly narrow down the range to the packaging that best matches your product and dosing method.
The bottle can be reused if hygiene principles are observed, especially in DIY cosmetics production and technical solutions. Before each new filling, however, it is important to thoroughly clean the packaging and then disinfect it with a suitable agent, for example isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol. For disinfection, you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol and Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based, which help minimize the microbial risk when reusing the packaging.
Before both the first and repeated filling, we recommend rinsing the bottle with a suitable cleaning solution and, depending on the nature of your formulation, subsequently rinsing it with distilled or demineralized water. After washing, allow the interior of the packaging to drain well and dry. Finally, it is advisable to disinfect the internal surface with an alcoholic preparation, for example with products available on Handymade such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Packaging prepared in this way minimizes the risk of contamination of the new filling.
The plastic packaging is not intended to be exposed to high temperatures or thermal sterilization processes such as boiling or intensive heating in hot water. Under excessive thermal stress, the bottle may gradually deform, the shape of the neck may change and the sealing with the closure may deteriorate. For this reason, we do not recommend washing in a dishwasher or sterilization by boiling. For cleaning and disinfection, it is preferable to use mild cleaning agents and alcohol-based disinfectants recommended for packaging materials.
If you decide not to use the packaging any further, we recommend recycling it according to the type of plastic indicated in the product parameters and on the relevant recycling symbol. Before placing it in the sorted collection, it is advisable to remove any product residues, rinse the bottle and, where possible, separate any closure or dispensing component if it is made from a different material. Then place the packaging in the container designated for the appropriate type of plastic waste in accordance with local sorting rules. In this way, you contribute to responsible handling of packaging materials and support their further processing.
