The plastic bottle with flip-top cap represents a practical and hygienic packaging for various liquid and gel products where convenient dosing and limited contact with the contents are important. Thanks to the reliable opening and closing system, it is suitable for everyday use in both home and professional formulations. The packaging is designed to support clean application, easy handling and to be a suitable solution for small and medium production batches.
The appropriate processing of the plastic and the shape of the bottle ensure good stability during storage, comfort during filling and convenient dosing during use. Thanks to the combination of the bottle body and the integrated cap, this is a universal packaging for cosmetic preparations, home-made formulations and other products for which precise and controlled application is important.
The packaging can be used repeatedly with appropriate handling and without visible damage, always in compliance with basic hygiene principles. Before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the bottle and cap and then disinfect them, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured (plant-based). Disinfection helps minimize the risk of microbial contamination and extends the stability of your products.
Before refilling, we recommend first mechanically rinsing the packaging with a suitable cleaning solution or with warm water and a mild detergent, and then thoroughly rinsing with clean water. After the bottle and cap have dried, it is advisable to spray or pour disinfectant alcohol onto the internal surfaces and the thread, for example using the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured (plant-based). Then allow the alcohol to evaporate and fill the packaging only after it is completely dry. With this procedure you will reduce the risk of contamination and of influencing the stability of the formulation.
To select suitable packaging, we recommend using the advanced filter in the packaging material categories. This filter is located at the top of the page after clicking on a specific category (for example bottles, vials, jars or pots). Using the filter, you can adjust the results according to several parameters – in particular according to neck type, size, colour and material. Thanks to this, you will quickly find packaging that is suitable for your specific product in terms of both design and technical requirements.
The flip-top bottle is ideal for liquid and semi-liquid preparations that are dosed in small amounts and for which clean and quick application is important. It is perfectly suited for body and face emulsions, shower gels, shampoos, hair tonics, toners, liquid soaps, disinfectant solutions and light oil and aromatic blends for external use. In practice, it is also often used for travel-size packs or tester sizes, where easy handling for the end user is important.
We recommend storing products in the bottle in a dry and clean environment, protected from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Always check that the cap is firmly closed after use in order to minimize the evaporation of volatile components and the risk of contamination. Long-term exposure of the packaging to high temperatures or a direct source of heat should be avoided, as this may lead to undesirable changes in the properties of the contents and of the plastic itself. When storing a larger quantity of packaging, we recommend not overloading the boxes and following the instructions given in the technical documentation.
If you decide not to use the packaging any longer, we recommend prioritizing recycling in accordance with the information on the material stated in the product parameters on the website. Depending on the type of plastic, it is advisable to remove any product residues from the packaging after emptying, possibly rinse it, and then hand it over to the appropriate separated waste collection. The recycling marking and recommendations can be found in the technical description and in the Packaging Quality Certificate. Following these instructions helps reduce the amount of waste and enables more efficient use of materials in the recycling process.
