The plastic bottle with dispenser is a practical packaging intended primarily for various liquid cosmetic formulations and body and face care preparations. Thanks to the durable plastic material and the integrated dispensing mechanism, it enables controlled and hygienic dispensing of products with different viscosities – from light toners to thicker emulsions and gels. The bottle is designed to reliably protect the contents from external influences while offering convenient use both in home and professional cosmetic production.
This type of packaging is suitable for filling liquid and semi-liquid products, because it ensures comfortable application without unnecessary contact of the fingers with the contents, thereby reducing the risk of contamination. The practical dispenser contributes to even application and economical use of products, which will be appreciated by creators of both smaller and larger cosmetic batches.
This bottle is supplied in combination with a suitable dispenser, so you obtain ready-made and practically usable packaging for your cosmetic products. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure of optimum performance in your specific formulation.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the packaging can be reused with proper handling. With every new filling, however, we recommend following strict hygiene rules – the bottle and dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned before use and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and prolongs the stability of your cosmetic products.
We recommend first rinsing the packaging with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent, thoroughly removing any residues of the previous product and then rinsing it with clean water. Afterwards, the bottle and dispenser need to be disinfected with an alcohol solution, for example using the product IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry thoroughly at room temperature before refilling them.
To choose suitable packaging, you can use the advanced filter located at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. In the advanced filter, products can be clearly sorted according to several parameters – for example according to the type and diameter of the neck, required size, colour or material. Thanks to this, you will quickly find bottles, jars, pots or medicine bottles that best suit your formulation and your brand’s visual style.
The integrated dispenser is designed to handle most common cosmetic consistencies – from thin toners to medium-viscosity gels and emulsions. With very thick creams or butter-like textures, dispensing may be less comfortable, so for specific formulations we recommend carrying out a trial filling and checking whether the speed and smoothness of dispensing meet your requirements.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend that after emptying and basic cleaning you recycle it according to the material designation given in the parameter table for the respective product. Where possible, the bottle and dispenser should be disassembled into individual parts and handed over to the appropriate separated collection (for example, a plastic container according to local waste management rules). By following the recommendations for waste sorting, you contribute to responsible handling of packaging materials and their reprocessing.
