The plastic bottle with ribbed cap represents a practical and reliable packaging material for manufacturers of cosmetics, pharmaceutical preparations and other liquid or free-flowing mixtures. Thanks to a suitably chosen shape and well-thought-out design, it provides safe and comfortable dispensing for both home and professional production. The cap ensures sufficient tightness of the packaging, so the contents are better protected during storage and transport.
The bottle is designed to facilitate precise filling, handling and product labelling. The smooth surface is ideal for labels and branding, while the shape of the bottle body allows comfortable grip in the hand. In combination with a high-quality material, it is a universal container suitable for a wide range of formulations in the segments of body care, household and artisanal production.
Bottles of this type are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing methods (for example screw caps, droppers, spray heads or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters in the offer. Combinations of containers and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test – especially in terms of sealing, dosing accuracy and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, pH, content of alcohol, oils or active substances).
All technical parameters of the packaging are specified in the enclosed packaging quality certificate and in the product parameters.
The container can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed, but we always recommend careful preparation before each new filling. Before reuse, it is necessary to clean the bottle mechanically, then rinse it and disinfect it with a suitable agent, for example using isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol. After disinfection, allow the packaging to dry thoroughly at room temperature away from a direct source of heat. Such a procedure helps to minimise the risk of microbial contamination during further use.
If you decide not to use the container further, we recommend first emptying it as thoroughly as possible and rinsing out residues of the original contents. Then proceed according to the recycling mark and the information given in the product parameters for this container – depending on the plastic used, place it in the appropriate container for sorted waste. In the case of a combination of several materials (for example a separate cap and bottle body) it is advisable to separate the individual parts and sort them separately, if local recycling rules allow this. If the local collection system does not accept this type of plastic, the packaging must be handed over in accordance with the instructions of your waste collection company.
Suitability for use with specific formulations, such as stronger cleaning or alcoholic solutions, depends on the composition of the particular product and the type of plastic stated in the bottle parameters. Before filling, we recommend performing your own compatibility test – fill a smaller volume of the solution, close the container and after a certain time check for any changes in shape, softening of the plastic, change of colour or loss of tightness. In the case of very aggressive substances or high concentrations of alcohol, consider using packaging specifically designed for this type of contents.
When producing cosmetics for sale, it is important to work with packaging that has clearly stated technical information and a packaging quality certificate. For this bottle you will find all important data in the product parameters and in the enclosed documentation. Before the first filling, we recommend cleaning the container, disinfecting it, allowing it to dry thoroughly and then testing compatibility with your formula (stability, change in fragrance, colour or viscosity during storage). A properly chosen container will also make it easier to label products with mandatory information and will improve the overall impression of the finished product.
The simplest way to select suitable packaging is to use the advanced filter in the packaging material categories. After clicking on the relevant category (for example bottles, vials or jars) you will find at the top of the page an option to filter according to several parameters. You can choose in particular the type and neck diameter, the required container size, the colour and the material used. By combining these filters, you can quickly narrow down the offer to those containers that best match your product and the technical requirements for filling and storage.
