Plastic bottle – medicine bottle with black and gold spray pump represents a practical and elegant packaging for modern formulations that require fine and controlled spraying. It is particularly suitable for filling liquid cosmetic products where precise application to the skin or hair without unnecessary product waste is important.
Thanks to the durable plastic material, this bottle is ideal for everyday use in home cosmetics, artisan production, and small batches of professional products. The integrated spray pump ensures even distribution of a fine mist, which is advantageous for toners, hydrolats, serums, or other liquid formulations that need to be dosed in small amounts directly onto the desired area.
This plastic bottle with spray pump is supplied as a ready-made combination of packaging and closure, prepared for direct use without the need to select additional components. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly at Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing, and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure of optimal functionality for your particular recipe.

Rinse the container with a suitable cleaning agent and clean water, let it dry, and then disinfect it with alcohol. For this purpose you can use, for example, IPA 99 % or 96 % plant-based ethanol from the Handymade range, available on the pages IPA 99 – izopropyl alkohol and Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. Only after the alcohol has completely dried and evaporated should you fill the bottle with the selected product.
Yes, the packaging can be reused provided that proper hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling it is essential to clean the bottle and the spray pump, rinse them thoroughly and disinfect them, ideally with alcohol (for example IPA 99 – izopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný). After cleaning, let all parts dry completely. The packaging prepared in this way can be refilled with a suitable formulation and used safely.
The spray pump is designed for watery to slightly viscous liquid formulations that are applied in the form of a fine mist. These are mainly facial and body sprays, hydrolats, body and hair refreshers, hair toners, pillow and textile sprays, or aromatic blends for perfuming the space. For thicker emulsions or products containing solid particles, we recommend testing functionality, as they may reduce spray quality or clog the nozzle.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend first emptying it as much as possible and removing any residue of the contents. Then check in the product parameter table on the Handymade website which plastic material the bottle and spray pump are made of, and sort them accordingly into the appropriate container according to local recycling rules. If possible, separate the individual parts (container, spray head, any cap), as they may be made of different materials. By sorting correctly you enable their further processing and reduce the amount of waste.
