Yes, the HDPE plastic bottle with dispenser is suitable for packaging different types of cosmetic preparations, such as liquid soaps, shampoos, shower gels, body and facial milks or lighter cream emulsions. Before final filling we recommend carrying out a trial filling in a smaller quantity to verify the behaviour of the specific formulation in the packaging and the smoothness of dosing.

Can I use this bottle repeatedly even after the original product has been used up?

The packaging can be reused provided strict hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling it is necessary to thoroughly clean and disinfect both the bottle and the dispenser, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example IPA 99 % – isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After cleaning, allow all parts to dry completely in order to minimize the risk of microbial contamination during further use.

How should I properly clean and disinfect the bottle with dispenser before the next filling?

First disassemble the packaging and the dispenser into individual parts and mechanically rinse them with a suitable cleaning agent and warm water (not boiling). Then we recommend applying disinfection using alcohol, for example the product IPA 99 % – isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, let all parts dry separately in a clean, dust-free place. Only after they are completely dry should you fill the packaging again, which reduces the risk of product dilution by residual water.

How can I dispose of or recycle this plastic bottle in an environmentally friendly way if I do not want to use it further?

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material designation given in the product parameters. Before handing it over for separate collection, empty the contents, rinse the bottle to remove product residues and, according to local rules, separate the plastic components (bottle body and dispenser). Then place the packaging in the appropriate container for sorted waste according to the type of plastic, thereby supporting the reprocessing of the material and reducing the amount of waste.
