Can this nasal medicine bottle be reused?

The packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are observed, especially for your own formulations and artisan production. Before each new filling, the bottle and the spray head must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected to minimize the risk of microbial contamination. For disinfection we recommend using, for example, IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based, which are suitable for standard sanitation of packaging before filling.

How should I correctly clean and disinfect the nasal spray before further use?

Before repeated use, we recommend disassembling the packaging into the bottle and applicator, removing all residues of the original product and rinsing the individual parts with a suitable cleaning solution. The packaging then needs to be disinfected – for example by rinsing or spraying with a solution based on isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely at room temperature and only then reassemble them and fill with a new product.

How should I safely dispose of and recycle this plastic packaging if I no longer want to use it?

If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend that after emptying and basic rinsing you place it in sorted waste according to the material specified in the product parameters.
