The plastic bottle with white spray pump represents a practical packaging solution for precise dosing of a fine mist in the production of both homemade and professional cosmetics. Thanks to the combination of a lightweight plastic bottle and a functional spray pump, it is suitable for filling various liquid preparations that require even atomization on the skin, hair or surface.
The packaging is designed to ensure comfortable use during everyday dosing and at the same time to support the aesthetic appearance of the finished product. The practical spray pump enables convenient application without contact with the contents, which helps to maintain hygiene and the stability of the final formulation.
This packaging is supplied as a functional combination of bottle and spray pump, ready for immediate use with liquid preparations. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) in order to verify optimal performance for your particular product.

Yes, the packaging can be reused with appropriate handling, but we recommend observing strict hygiene rules. Before each refilling, the bottle and the spray pump must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol available in the Handymade range. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99 % – isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based in order to minimise the risk of microbial contamination of the new contents.
Before refilling, we recommend rinsing the bottle with a suitable cleaning agent or with warm water and a mild detergent, then rinsing it several times with clean water and allowing it to dry thoroughly. It is important to rinse the dip tube and the spray mechanism as well. After mechanical cleaning, it is advisable to disinfect the internal surfaces and the spray pump with an alcohol-based preparation, for example the products IPA 99 % – isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based, and only refill the packaging after the alcohol has completely evaporated.
When selecting a suitable bottle, jar or other packaging, we recommend using the extended filter in the relevant packaging material category. After clicking on the category, a filtering option appears at the top of the page, where you can easily choose parameters such as neck type, size, colour or material. This allows you to quickly choose the combination of packaging and closure that will best suit your specific formulation and design requirements.
The spray pump is ideal for liquid preparations with low to medium viscosity that need to be evenly sprayed onto the skin, hair or surfaces. It is most commonly used for facial and body sprays, hydrolats, refreshers, aroma sprays and light hair products. For thicker emulsions or oils, we recommend testing the dosing and evenness of the spray prior to filling in order to ensure that the spray mechanism is suitable for the specific recipe.
If you decide not to use the bottle and spray pump any further, we recommend, after emptying and basic rinsing, placing them in sorted waste according to the material designation given in the product parameters. Recycling pictograms and material type will indicate which container the packaging belongs to. If the packaging is composed of several materials, it is advisable, where possible, to separate the plastic parts from any other components and recycle them according to local waste sorting rules.
