The plastic bottle with trigger spray represents a practical packaging intended mainly for liquid cosmetic preparations and homemade mixtures where fine and even spraying is required. Thanks to the reliable spray mechanism, it enables comfortable application to the skin, hair, surfaces and textiles and helps to optimize product consumption.
The packaging is designed to provide stability, comfortable dosing and good protection of the contents against external influences during normal use. The practical shape of the bottle makes it easier to hold in the hand, while the trigger spray ensures precise and hygienic application without direct contact with the contents.
This packaging is supplied as a bottle with integrated trigger spray, which is adapted to the specific neck type and volume. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are specified in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The bottle can be reused provided you follow basic hygiene rules and the packaging is not mechanically damaged. Before each new filling it is necessary to thoroughly wash the packaging including the spray head, rinse it and then disinfect it, for example using alcohol-based preparations available on Handymade (e.g. IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based). Only after the packaging and the internal parts of the spray head are completely dry do we recommend refilling the packaging.
To clean the spray head, it is suitable to dissolve product residues in warm water with a mild cleaning agent, pump the solution through the mechanism several times and then rinse thoroughly with clean water. After mechanical cleaning, it is advisable to disinfect the spray with a suitable alcohol solution and allow it to dry thoroughly. For viscous or poorly soluble preparations we recommend more regular maintenance to prevent clogging of the nozzle.
When choosing packaging, it is important to take into account the type of product being prepared (aqueous solution, light oil spray, cleaning agent, etc.), the desired spray pattern and the frequency of use. Before the final decision we recommend purchasing a smaller number of pieces and performing your own compatibility test with your formulation in order to verify the suitability of the material and the behaviour of the spray.

In this way you will quickly find packaging that meets your technical and aesthetic requirements and easily combine it with suitable closures or dispensing components.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend handing it over for recycling according to the recommended type of sorting indicated in the parameter table on the Handymade product page. Before recycling it is advisable to use up the contents completely, rinse the packaging and, if possible, separate the bottle itself from the spray head and other components. This will improve the sorting of materials in the collection system and contribute to more efficient recycling of packaging.
