Plastic pill jar with induction liner represents a reliable packaging material for solid dosage forms, such as tablets, capsules or granulated blends. Thanks to the high-quality plastic body and the screw cap with safety features, it helps protect the contents from moisture, dust and normal handling. The induction sealing liner supports barrier properties and ensures first opening, which is important for professional packaging of food supplements, cosmetic preparations as well as small loose materials.
Combinations of packs and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the pack in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the jar is also suitable for smaller and home brands that need professional-looking packaging with guaranteed first opening. Thanks to the screw cap and induction liner, the packaging appears neat and trustworthy. Before choosing this pack, we always recommend testing the behaviour of the specific product in contact with the container and sealing materials, especially in the case of active substances or blends with higher moisture content.
The jar can be reused provided that basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the pack must be thoroughly washed, rinsed and then disinfected, for example using IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or 96% denatured plant-based ethanol. After disinfection, allow the container and cap to dry completely at room temperature. Reuse is recommended only within the same product category (e.g. always only for cosmetic powders) in order to minimise the risk of residues from the previous contents.
The induction liner is intended for sealing the neck of the jar using an induction unit as part of the technological process. After sealing, the foil should be firmly attached to the rim of the container without visible bubbles or loose areas. Before placing the product on the market, we recommend carrying out a leak test, a short-term storage test and visual inspection of several units from the production batch in order to verify the consistency of sealing and the behaviour of the foil when opened by the end user.
If you decide not to reuse the jar, we recommend recycling it according to the material specified in the product parameters. First, remove any product residues, empty the container and cap as far as possible and separate the individual parts (jar body, closure, any liners). Then sort them into the appropriate container according to the type of plastic, as indicated in the recycling symbol and in the parameter table. In this way you support efficient material recycling and reduce the amount of unnecessary waste.
To select suitable packaging, we recommend using the advanced filter, which you can find at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. In the advanced filter you can combine several criteria at once – neck type, size, colour and pack material. This allows you to easily display only those bottles, jars, pots or vials that meet your technological requirements and design intent.
