Airless bottle transparent – black top is a modern packaging system designed for sensitive formulations that require hygienic, precise and controlled dosing. Thanks to the airless mechanism, the contents are minimally exposed to air during use, which supports the stability of the composition and reduces the risk of contamination. This practical bottle is suitable for liquid and semi-liquid products that require comfortable and clean application.
The airless container is an ideal choice for cosmetic formulas with a lower proportion of preservatives, gentle facial products and premium blends intended for everyday use. Thanks to the piston dosing system, it allows even emptying without the need to tilt the bottle, which reduces product loss and maintains the professional appearance of the packaging.
This bottle is supplied as a complete airless package with dosing system, which ensures functional and comfortable use without the need for additional closures. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure that the packaging and contents work correctly together in the long term.

Airless packaging is generally suitable for liquid to medium-viscosity creamy and gel formulations. With very thick preparations, dosing may be less smooth, so we recommend testing a smaller trial amount before final filling. The behaviour of the specific recipe in the airless system is influenced by viscosity, proportion of the oil phase and the type of emulsifiers or thickeners used.
Before the first filling we recommend mechanically cleaning the bottle, rinsing it and then disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation. For professional preparation of the packaging you can use, for example, products such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After treatment, allow all parts to air out and dry thoroughly so that no residual moisture or excess alcohol gets into the product.
The airless bottle can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, however, the packaging must be thoroughly emptied, cleaned and disinfected, ideally using alcohol-based preparations such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. We also recommend always using clean working tools and preventing the dosing part from coming into contact with impurities in order to minimize the risk of microbial contamination during further use cycles.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend emptying it as much as possible, disassembling it into individual parts and sorting according to the material specified in the product parameter table on the page. The bottle body and plastic components are usually placed in the container designated for plastic waste, while metal parts of the pump (if present) should be separated and sorted according to local regulations. When sorting, follow the pictogram and material designation in the technical product parameters.
