You can filter by neck type, size, colour and material of the packaging, which allows you to quickly narrow down the selection to packaging suitable for your specific formulation and design.

The packaging can be reused if hygienic principles are observed, especially in the case of in-house production or refilling the same type of product. Before each new filling, the bottle and dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using a suitable alcohol such as isopropyl alcohol or ethanol intended for cleaning work tools. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. Only after thorough drying is the packaging ready to be refilled.

The golden dispenser is designed primarily for liquid to slightly viscous products, such as facial waters, essences, light serums, fluids or thinner emulsions. With very thick creams or balms, dosing may be less smooth. We therefore recommend first testing your specific formulation on a smaller sample to verify the smoothness of dosing and the comfort of use.

Before refilling, we recommend disassembling the packaging into individual parts (bottle, dispenser, possibly cap), mechanically removing residues of the original product and then cleaning with a suitable washing agent in lukewarm water. After washing, it is important to rinse the components thoroughly, let them dry and, before reuse, disinfect the surfaces and internal parts with a suitable alcohol, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. Only after complete evaporation of the alcohol is the bottle ready for refilling.

The opaque metal body of the packaging provides very good shielding from light, which is advantageous for products sensitive to light, provided they are also correctly preserved and formulated. When planning use for specific or highly reactive ingredients, we recommend verifying the compatibility of the formulation with the packaging used by testing under conditions that approximate real storage (time, temperature, handling). In this way you can check the stability of colour, fragrance, viscosity and the functionality of the dosing mechanism.

If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend first removing product residues after emptying it and then sorting it according to the material composition specified in the parameter table for the product. The bottle itself and the individual parts of the dispenser may be made of different materials, so it is appropriate to separate them where possible and place them in the appropriate collection containers according to local recycling rules.
