Aluminium bottle with black spray pump 225 ml represents a practical, lightweight and durable packaging for a wide range of liquid formulations. Thanks to the high-quality material and the integrated spray pump, it is suitable for precise, fine and even dosing in both home and professional manufacturing.
This packaging is ideal for filling liquid products that require comfortable application in the form of a spray – from cosmetics through to cleaning or work solutions. Aluminium provides a strong protective barrier against external influences, helping to maintain the stability and quality of the contents during use and storage.
This bottle is supplied directly with a spray pump, and combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. This means that the selected bottle + spray pump set meets common requirements for sealing and dosing under standard use.
However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – verify tightness, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, pH, alcohol content or content of essential oils). This will ensure optimal functionality of the packaging for the given application.

Yes, this packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and then disinfecting it with a suitable agent, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. Only then is the bottle ready for safe filling with a new formulation.
The spray pump is ideal for low-viscosity to medium-fluid preparations that are intended to form a fine mist or an even spray. Typically, these are toners, hydrolats, body and room sprays or light cleaning solutions. For thicker emulsions or oils, we recommend first performing a dosing test to verify whether the spray pump provides the desired application.
After the contents have been used up, first rinse the bottle with a suitable detergent and warm water to remove residues of the previous formulation. We then recommend disinfecting the inner space and the spray pump using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol of plant origin. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry thoroughly at room temperature and only then refill the container.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle, we recommend recycling it according to the material specified in the product parameters. The aluminium body of the bottle is usually classified as metal waste, the plastic parts of the spray pump as plastic waste. Before handing it over for recycling, it is advisable to rinse the packaging to remove product residues. Always adapt the specific sorting method to local rules and to the information in the parameter table for the product on Handymade.sk.
