Aluminium bottle with white sprayer and glossy silver collar is a professional packaging intended for filling and applying cosmetic and hygiene preparations in a fine mist. The combination of a durable aluminium body and a practical sprayer ensures comfortable dispensing, good protection of the contents and an elegant appearance suitable for home brands as well as smaller artisan production. Thanks to the stable material, the packaging protects more sensitive liquid formulations well and at the same time allows convenient everyday use.
This bottle with sprayer belongs among the combinations of packaging and closure that are created directly on Handymade. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – especially in terms of sealing, dosing, return of the sprayer spring and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (pH, alcohol content, content of oil components or active substances).

The aluminium packaging is stable in terms of material and in many cases tolerates formulations containing alcohol or essential oils well. However, each recipe is specific, so we recommend performing your own test – fill a smaller amount of product, observe the behaviour of the bottle, seals and sprayer over several days to weeks and check for any changes on the surface, discolouration or change in the scent of the product.
The packaging can, with proper handling, be used repeatedly for new batches of similar products. It is always necessary to observe basic hygiene principles – after the contents have been used up, disassemble the bottle, rinse it thoroughly, clean it mechanically and before refilling disinfect it. For disinfection we recommend using a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Only after sufficient drying and visual inspection of cleanliness is the packaging ready for further use.
After using thicker or more content-demanding formulations, it is advisable to flush the sprayer with clean water or a suitable diluent that is compatible with the raw materials used. Never disassemble the sprayer by force so as not to damage the spring or seals. To flush it, it is sufficient to pump clean liquid through the system several times, or leave the packaging filled with water for a while and then spray again. For longer storage of the empty packaging, it is advisable to store the sprayer in a dry place and away from direct sources of heat in order to extend its service life.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend, after thoroughly emptying and rinsing it, placing it in the appropriate sorted waste according to the information in the product parameter table. The metal body of the bottle is usually separated from the plastic sprayer; each material belongs to a different fraction of sorted collection according to local rules. Before handing it over for recycling, make sure that no residues of concentrated preparations remain in the packaging so that they do not affect the processing procedure. You can find the specific recycling symbol and the recommended sorting method with the product in the parameters section.

Thanks to this, you will quickly narrow down the selection to packaging that will best suit your product and the planned dispensing.
