Aluminium bottle with white spray pump is a practical, lightweight and durable packaging suitable for a wide range of cosmetic and cleaning products where a fine and even mist is required. The stable aluminium material helps protect the contents from external influences and, thanks to its opaque design, limits light exposure, which is advantageous for more sensitive formulations. The fine spray pump ensures comfortable dosing without contact with the contents, which contributes to hygienic use even during everyday handling.
Yes, the packaging can be reused if handled properly and if hygiene principles are observed. Before each refilling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting the bottle and spray pump, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. This minimises the risk of microbial contamination and extends the service life of the packaging as well as of the product itself.
The aluminium bottle with spray pump is ideal for liquid products with low to medium viscosity, such as floral waters, toners, facial and body sprays, hair tonics, aromatherapy blends and air fresheners. It is also suitable for alcoholic and aqueous solutions used in cosmetics or in the production of home fragrances. For thick, highly oily or emulsion-based formulas, we recommend first testing the dosing on a small sample to verify the smooth operation of the spray pump.
After the contents have been emptied, it is advisable to rinse the bottle with lukewarm water and a mild cleaning agent, then rinse with clean water and allow to dry thoroughly. Before further use, disinfect the packaging with a suitable alcohol (for example IPA 99 % or ethanol 96 %). It is a good idea to regularly flush the spray pump with warm water to prevent clogging. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents or very hot water, to avoid damaging the plastic parts of the mechanism.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend emptying it as much as possible and removing product residues. The aluminium bottle is then sorted according to the rules specified in the recycling recommendations for the specific product in the parameter table. Usually, metal packaging made of aluminium is placed in the appropriate container for metal waste, while the plastic head of the spray pump should be sorted with plastics, if this is allowed by the local collection system. Always check local waste collection rules before sorting so that recycling can take place as efficiently as possible.
