The aluminium bottle with white spray pump represents a practical and professional packaging solution for liquid products that require fine and even atomization. Thanks to its stable metal body and high-quality spray mechanism, it is suitable for filling a wide range of cosmetic and technical preparations where convenient dosing, protection of the contents and a representative appearance of the packaging are important.
This functional packaging enables hygienic, targeted and economical application of liquids in the form of a spray, which minimizes product waste and reduces the contact of the contents with the external environment. The aluminium body of the bottle provides a good barrier against light and air, helping to maintain the stability of the composition and extend the shelf life of the finished product.
This bottle with spray pump forms a functional unit ready for immediate use. The combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) in order to verify the reliability of the closure as well as the spray quality for your particular product.

Before the first filling, we recommend thoroughly rinsing and cleaning the bottle and the spray pump and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely and only then fill the bottle with the final product.
Yes, this packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. With every change of contents or before refilling, the bottle and the spray pump must be disassembled, mechanically cleaned, thoroughly rinsed and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol (for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based). Only after they have completely dried is the packaging ready to be refilled.
The functionality of the spray pump is influenced by the composition of the filled liquid as well as by the size of any particles in the mixture. We recommend using well-filtered solutions without undissolved particles that could clog the nozzle. For thicker or more oily formulations it is advisable to carry out a trial filling and dosing with a smaller amount. After the contents have been used up, you can flush the spray pump with clean water or alcohol to remove product residues and extend the service life of the mechanism.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend that after emptying and basic rinsing you recycle it in accordance with the material identification stated in the product parameters. The aluminium body of the bottle can, after separation of the plastic spray pump, be sorted into the appropriate metal waste, and the plastic parts (according to their identification) into the appropriate plastic container. Before handing it over for separate collection, remove any remaining contents so that the packaging is clean and ready for the recycling process.
