Aluminium bottle with black-silver dispenser represents a reliable and aesthetically clean packaging suitable for various types of liquid preparations. The combination of a metal body and a functional dispensing system ensures convenient application even with everyday use. Thanks to its robust design, this small bottle is suitable for cosmetic formulations as well as other liquid products where protection of the contents and comfortable dosing are important.
The closed packaging helps protect the filled product from excessive contact with air and impurities, which is ideal for preparations that are sensitive to oxidation or degradation. The smooth surface of the bottle allows for easy labelling, personalisation or addition of your own labels, which makes the packaging suitable for small brands, artisanal cosmetic manufacturers and home crafting.
This small bottle is supplied as a complete packaging with the dispenser fitted, and the neck design also technically allows compatibility with other types of closures adapted to the same thread type. They are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters for specific products on the website.

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected to minimise the risk of microbial contamination and product degradation. For disinfection, we recommend using a suitable alcohol-based preparation, such as isopropyl alcohol or ethanol intended for technical and cosmetic manufacturing, which you can find in our range: IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol and Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely and only then refill.
Before the first use, we recommend mechanically rinsing the packaging with suitable clean water, optionally with a mild detergent, then rinsing thoroughly and allowing it to dry. It is then advisable to treat the inner surface of the bottle and the functional parts of the dispenser with an alcohol-based disinfectant solution. For this purpose, products such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based are suitable, which should be left to evaporate after contact. Only after complete drying is the bottle ready for final filling.
The dispenser is ideal for liquid and slightly viscous formulations where more precise dosing is desired – for example facial and body lotions, lighter cream emulsions, serums, hair tonics or care solutions for the hands. For thicker creams or gel textures, we recommend performing a trial filling before final assembly and testing the flow-through and dosing comfort to choose the most suitable packaging for the given product.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it according to the material composition specified in the product parameters on the website. The metal body of the bottle is usually intended for separate collection of metals, and the plastic parts of the dispenser go into the appropriate plastic container, if the local collection system allows this. Before placing it in sorted waste, the packaging should be emptied and basically cleaned of product residues. Always check the exact recycling method according to the material icons and recommendations in the technical parameters of the specific packaging and according to the sorting rules in your municipality.

In the advanced filter, you can combine multiple criteria at once – select the type and size of the neck, the required packaging size, colour and material. In this way, you can quickly filter only those packages that correspond to your product and to the technical requirements for filling, dosing or the overall design of the packaging.
Yes, this type of bottle is also suitable for smaller test batches or development samples, as it enables comfortable dosing during repeated use and at the same time looks representative when handing over samples to clients or testers. However, when developing new recipes, we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – checking the behaviour of the packaging material in contact with the specific formulation, the stability of colour and fragrance, as well as the functionality of the dispenser during longer storage.
