The aluminium bottle with sprayer is a practical and durable packaging solution for liquid products that need to be applied as a fine mist. Thanks to the combination of a metal body and a functional sprayer, it is suitable for filling a wide range of cosmetic preparations, homemade blends and professional formulations. The smooth surface of the container makes labelling and design finishing easier, while the bottle looks aesthetic and professional both in home production and in salon manufacturing.
This type of packaging is designed to reliably protect the liquid contents from external influences and at the same time enable convenient, even and repeatable dosing. The sprayer ensures comfortable application to the skin, hair, textiles or surfaces, depending on the composition of the specific product you fill into the container.

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the sprayer and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol solution, for example using the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. This will reduce the risk of microbial contamination and of the stability of the new fill being affected by residues of the original product.
The bottle is ideal for liquid preparations that are applied in the form of a fine spray – for example facial and body toners, body and hair refreshers, aromatherapeutic room sprays, home perfumes or light cleaning solutions. For very thick or highly oily formulations we recommend testing the flow-through and uniformity of spraying in advance on a small trial sample.
During use it is advisable to avoid filling mixtures containing large solid particles or highly viscous components that can clog the nozzle. After emptying, we recommend rinsing the sprayer with lukewarm water or a suitable cleaning solution and pressing it several times to flush the entire channel. During longer breaks in use, it is best to store the packaging filled with clean water or completely empty and dry, in order to minimise drying of product residues in the nozzle.
If you decide not to use the bottle any further, we recommend directing it to recycling according to the type of material specified in the product parameters. As a rule, the metal container can be handed over to separated collection for metal packaging after emptying and basic rinsing, while the plastic sprayer is usually separated and sorted according to the relevant plastic fraction. Always follow local separated waste collection rules and the information in the technical documentation of the packaging.
