Aluminium bottle with transparent trigger sprayer represents a practical and representative solution for packaging liquid products where gentle and uniform spraying is important. The combination of a lightweight metal container and an ergonomic trigger head ensures convenient dispensing, good protection of the contents and a professional appearance of the final product. This packaging is suitable for artisan, small-scale and semi-professional production of cosmetics and cleaning products, where reliable functionality and aesthetics are required.
This aluminium bottle with transparent trigger sprayer is supplied as a functional combination of container and dispensing component, configured on Handymade to provide reliable spraying and convenient use. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – verify sealing, dispensing behaviour and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (especially with higher content of alcohol, essential oils or active substances).
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the packaging can be refilled repeatedly with a suitable fill formulation and gentle use. For repeated use it is important to follow basic hygiene principles – before each new filling, thoroughly clean the bottle and the sprayer and then disinfect them, ideally using alcohol-based disinfectants such as isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfecting the packaging you can use, for example, products such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to air out thoroughly and dry in order to minimise the risk of contamination of the new fill.
The trigger sprayer is particularly suitable for liquid preparations with low to medium viscosity that are applied as a spray or fine mist. It is ideal for facial and body lotions, air fresheners, disinfectant solutions, cleaning solutions for surfaces and textiles, and light hair products. For thicker emulsions it is necessary to test whether the spray mechanism ensures sufficiently smooth and uniform dispensing without clogging.
Before first use and between individual fillings, we recommend disassembling the bottle and the spray head into separate parts to the extent allowed by the construction. First rinse the container and plastic parts with a suitable cleaning agent and then rinse thoroughly with drinking water. Then apply a disinfectant – for example using IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or 96 % plant-based ethanol – and allow everything to dry thoroughly in a clean place. When cleaning, avoid aggressive abrasive products that could damage the aluminium surface or the sealing elements of the sprayer.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it where possible. The method of sorting and recycling is determined by the material types given in the product parameters – the bottle itself is made of aluminium, while the trigger sprayer consists of plastic and possibly metal parts. Before handing it over for separate collection, it is advisable to empty the packaging as much as possible and remove any remaining fill. Then sort the bottle and the sprayer according to local waste collection rules, in line with the material labelling found in the product parameter table. In case of doubt, follow the recommendations of your local collection system for metal and plastic packaging.
The packaging is intended for various kinds of liquids; however, for formulations with a higher proportion of alcohol or essential oils it is always necessary to carry out your own compatibility test. We recommend filling a smaller amount of product, checking the functionality of the sprayer, the sealing and any changes in the appearance of the material during use and storage. If there are no signs of softening, discolouration or leakage and the dispensing remains uniform, the packaging is generally suitable for the given formulation. For very concentrated or aggressive mixtures, it is advisable to consult the procedure with a technologist or with the manufacturer of the raw materials used.
To select suitable packaging, you can use the advanced filter, which is available at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant category (for example bottles, jars, sprayers, etc.). In the advanced filter you can conveniently select the parameters you need – specific neck type, required size, colour variant and packaging material. In this way you can quickly narrow down the offer to packaging that meets your technological and design requirements and more easily find a combination of bottle and closure that is most suitable for your product.
