The aluminium bottle with transparent cap represents a lightweight, durable and professional-looking packaging for liquid and slightly viscous products. Thanks to the high-quality aluminium body and transparent closure, it is suitable for filling cosmetic preparations, laboratory blends and artisan production, where both protection of the contents and an aesthetic appearance are important. The smooth inner surface of the container allows convenient filling and combines well with various types of dispensing.
The bottles are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, atomisers or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, this packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle must be thoroughly cleaned, rinsed and subsequently disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96 % denatured. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and of undesirable changes in the scent, colour or stability of your formulation.
Before the first filling, we recommend rinsing the inside of the bottle with clean water, then with a mild cleaning agent suitable for contact with cosmetics, rinsing again thoroughly and allowing it to dry. After drying, disinfect the inner surface and the neck using an alcohol solution (for example IPA or ethanol) in order to minimise the presence of microorganisms. Treat the closure or dispensing component you plan to use in the same way.
The aluminium bottle is generally suitable for various aromatic and oil-based blends, but for formulations with a higher proportion of essential oils or other reactive substances we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test. Fill a smaller amount of product, monitor the behaviour of the packaging, the sealing and any changes in scent or colour over several days to weeks. In this way you will verify whether the chosen container and closure work reliably with your specific recipe.

With it you can easily filter by neck type, size, colour and packaging material. By combining these parameters, you can quickly select a suitable container and closure for a specific product, whether it is a serum, oil, tonic or another cosmetic or technical formulation.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend that after emptying and basic rinsing you place it in sorted waste collection according to the material specified in the product parameters. Aluminium packaging is usually placed in the container intended for metal packaging. Before handing it over, it is advisable to remove any product residues and separate any plastic parts of the closure so that effective recycling processing can take place.
