Aluminium bottle with black dispenser 225 ml represents a practical and cleanly designed packaging for cosmetic and artisan formulations where comfortable application and a professional appearance are important. The smooth surface of the bottle allows for easy labelling with stickers, and the dispenser ensures controlled release of the product without unnecessary waste. The metal body of the packaging protects the contents from light and external influences, helping to maintain the stability and quality of your preparations during use.
This product is a prepared combination of bottle and dosing closure, designed to provide comfortable and reliable use in everyday application. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), especially for recipes with a higher content of active substances or solvents.

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly with proper handling. To maintain the hygienic standard, it is important that the bottle is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before each new filling. We recommend using a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol available on the website as IPA 99% – isopropyl alcohol or plant ethanol Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. After washing and disinfection, allow the bottle and dispenser to dry completely to minimise the risk of microbial growth in the new product.
The dispenser is suitable primarily for liquid and semi-liquid preparations such as body and face lotions, light emulsions, serums, conditioners or massage and body oils with appropriate viscosity. For thick balms and very dense creams, dosing may be limited, so it is advisable to test the behaviour of the specific formulation in a smaller test volume before filling. In this way you verify pumping smoothness, back suction and overall comfort in use.
After emptying the bottle, we recommend disassembling the packaging into as many parts as the construction allows. Rinse the container and dispenser with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent, then rinse thoroughly with clean water. After washing, the components must be disinfected – for example using the preparations IPA 99% – isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to air dry at room temperature so that no residual moisture remains inside before the next filling.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it responsibly according to the material composition given in the product parameters. Before placing it in sorted waste, it is advisable to remove product residues and, if possible, separate metal and plastic parts (for example the bottle body from the plastic components of the dispenser). The metal container is usually placed in the container intended for metal packaging, and the plastic parts in plastic according to local rules. Always follow the local waste sorting system specified by your municipality or waste collection company.
