The aluminium bottle with black trigger sprayer provides a practical and durable packaging solution for various home and professional formulations that require fine and even spraying. Thanks to the stable material and convenient dosing mechanism, it is suitable for filling cosmetic preparations, cleaning solutions and other liquid products where precise and controlled application onto surfaces or into the air is important.
The spray mechanism ensures uniform dispersion of the liquid, helping to optimise product consumption and increasing comfort during application. The metal body of the packaging contributes to better protection of more sensitive formulations against environmental influences, mechanical damage and unwanted light exposure, which helps maintain the stability and quality of the contents during use.
This bottle with trigger sprayer forms a coherent and functional combination of packaging and dosing. Yes, the packaging can be reused if handled correctly and if hygiene rules are followed. Before each refilling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the spray mechanism and disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. This will reduce the risk of microbial contamination and help maintain the stability of the newly filled formulation.
The bottle with trigger sprayer is ideal for all liquid products that are applied by spraying – from facial and hair tonics through home and textile sprays to all-purpose cleaning solutions or disinfectant preparations. It is particularly suitable for formulations that are not too viscous and do not contain large solid particles, in order to prevent clogging of the nozzle.
During use, it is advisable to avoid long-term exposure to aggressive solvents and to solutions that are too viscous or heavily contaminated. When changing the type of product, we recommend flushing the sprayer with warm water and then using a small amount of suitable alcohol for disinfection. After flushing, it is important to let the mechanism dry thoroughly before refilling it again, in order to minimise the risk of residual water in the new formulation.
If you decide not to use the bottle any further, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste-sorting rules and the information given in the product parameters for the respective packaging. Before disposal, it is advisable to empty the packaging, remove any remaining contents and separate the individual parts (metal container, plastic components of the sprayer) as allowed by their construction. By placing them correctly in the appropriate collection containers, you support efficient material processing and the reduction of environmental impact.

In the advanced filter, you can set in detail the parameters that are important for your product – for example, neck type, size, colour or material. This allows you to quickly narrow down the offer to those packages that are most suitable for your formulation and dosing method.
When filling, we recommend working in a clean environment, using suitable measuring tools or funnels and ensuring that the contents do not get into the thread or onto the outer walls of the bottle. Before closing, it is advisable to visually check the cleanliness of the neck, which helps to ensure proper sealing of the sprayer. During storage, protect the packaging from extreme temperatures and direct heat sources as well as from mechanical damage. By following these principles, you contribute to a longer service life of the packaging and to the stability of the product inside.
