The aluminum bottle with dispenser and cap is a practical packaging designed mainly for liquid and gel cosmetic products that require convenient, precise and hygienic dispensing. Thanks to the dispenser, it is suitable for products where you want to minimize the contact of the contents with air and hands, which supports the stability of the formulation and comfort during use.
The durable metal body of the bottle provides reliable mechanical protection of the contents during normal handling, transport and storage. The opaque packaging also helps protect more sensitive ingredients from light, thereby contributing to maintaining the quality, consistency and color of the filled product throughout the entire period of use.
This bottle is supplied as a complete set bottle + dispenser + cap, with the dispensing designed for comfortable and repeatedly precise use. The packaging and closure combinations that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behavior of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the aluminum bottle with dispenser is often used precisely for natural and gentle facial cosmetics, where hygienic and precise dispensing is important. However, it is always necessary to test the compatibility of the specific formulation with the packaging – especially with a high content of acids, active ingredients or essential oils – so that you can be sure that the consistency, color and scent of the product will remain stable throughout the entire period of use.
The packaging can be reused provided that basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle, dispenser and cap and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. In this way you minimize the risk of microbial contamination and ensure that the new product will not be affected by residues of the previous formulation.
It is advisable to rinse the dispenser with warm (not boiling) water after emptying the bottle until all product residues are completely removed, and then allow it to dry. For thicker creams, it may be useful to “pump through” the dispenser several times in the water so that the entire mechanism is cleaned. After mechanical cleaning, the surfaces that are not sensitive to alcohol can be disinfected with an alcohol solution and again allowed to dry thoroughly before the next filling.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it according to the material composition given in the product parameters. The aluminum body of the bottle usually belongs in the container for metal packaging, the plastic parts of the dispenser and cap in the container intended for plastics. Before handing it over for separate collection, it is advisable to empty the packaging as much as possible and remove any product residues. The specific method of sorting may vary slightly depending on the local waste collection system, so it is good to also follow the instructions of your municipality or city.
