The packaging can be reused if basic hygiene rules are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the spray pump and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after complete drying should you refill the packaging with the chosen preparation, in order to minimise the risk of microbial contamination and any impact on the fragrance or stability of the formulation caused by residues of the original product.

This glass bottle with spray pump is particularly suitable for liquid and low-viscosity products that need to be applied as a fine mist. It is ideal for facial and body sprays, refreshing waters, aromatherapy mists, hair tonics and home perfumes. For formulations with a higher oil content or for thicker emulsions, we always recommend making a test filling to verify the smooth functioning of the spray pump and the even distribution.

You can clean the glass part of the bottle with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent and then rinse it thoroughly. For the spray pump we recommend a gentler procedure – thoroughly rinsing with lukewarm water and, if necessary, also spraying through with clean water to remove product residues from the mechanism. After washing, allow all parts to dry completely, then apply disinfection and use the bottle again. Avoid mechanical damage to the nozzle and excessive bending of the dip tube in order to preserve the spraying functionality.

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it responsibly according to the material types given in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle can usually be placed in a container intended for glass after emptying and rinsing. The spray pump and plastic components must be separated and sorted according to the local rules for the collection of plastic packaging. Always follow the recycling symbols and recommendations provided with the product and in the separate collection system in your municipality.
