The glass vial, tall with black lid is a practical packaging set for the safe packaging of liquid and easily spillable formulations where material stability and reliable closure are important. The glass is suitable for use in cosmetics and for products where you need to minimise the impact of the packaging on the contents. Dark glass naturally reduces light exposure to sensitive ingredients, promoting stability of formulations during storage. According to the product parameters, this packaging meets food grade quality.
Packaging and closure combinations that are created directly at Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and packaging behaviour in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, food grade is indicated in the parameters for this product. For food applications, we recommend taking care of the cleanliness of the packaging, the appropriate choice of closure and always test the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific contents (especially the seal and the practical dispensing).
Yes, the glass container can be reused if hygiene principles are followed. Before filling, we recommend that the container is thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable agent such as IPA 99% (isopropyl alcohol) or ethanol 96% (denatured, vegetable) and allowed to dry completely.
It is most commonly used for liquid and easily spillable products where stability and neutral packaging behaviour are important. For formulations with a higher content of aromatic ingredients or solvents, we recommend doing your own compatibility test for sealing and long term storage.
When filling, allow adequate clearance so that the closure will seat properly when tightened. Always close the cap evenly and do not over tighten the thread. For mixtures with intense fragrance or more volatile ingredients, we recommend testing the storage in the selected position (vertically) and checking the seal over time.
If you choose not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it. Please include the glass vial in your sorted glass collection. Separate the plastic lid and sort the plastic according to local sorting rules. Before discarding, empty and rinse the container as necessary to minimize contamination of the sorted waste.
